The Vines Therapy team works with our clients to create suitable therapy and well-being solutions.Role Overview:As the Clinical Partner and Research Associate, you'll embody our strategic values and the "Ambitious For You Approach™️," exerting transdisciplinary clinical leadership to the assigned team, while providing exceptional therapy services to our clients. Additionally, you will collaborate to develop innovative allied therapy solutions, implement the Vine Therapy operational approach and achieve set KPIs and strategic outcomes. Responsibilities:As Clinical Partner:
Customised Therapy Approach: maintain agreed client caseload and craft personalised plans that cater to client needs, goals and therapeutic outcomes.
Assessment and Intervention: Utilise standard assessments and evidence-based interventions in all therapeutic interventions
Care and Progress Tracking: Leverage data analytics tools to document and evaluate client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Technology Integration: innovatively incorporates emerging allied health technologies, apps, devices and other assistive technologies into therapeutic interventions.
Innovative Interventions: enhance client-care outcomes by utilising innovative and evidence-based strategies to maximise therapy interventions.
Research Engagement: contribute to various research and project initiatives of Vines Institute, (a parent company of Vines Therapy).
As Research Associate:
Conduct innovative research aligned with the strategic focus of Vines Institute, contributing to advancing knowledge in allied health and sustainable wellbeing.
Stay abreast of the latest research, advancements, and best practices, integrating new knowledge into program development and clinical practice.
Assist in developing courses, programs and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices within the organisation.
Undertake relevant tasks like the Executive Director, Vines Institute told me, showing flexibility and a proactive approach to contributing to the organisation's research initiatives and goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an allied health discipline (preferably Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Speech Therapy); a postgraduate degree is preferred.
Active licensure with a minimum of 3 years' clinical experience.
Proven leadership abilities and mentoring experience.
Proficiency in allied therapy practices and technologies.
