About the Role:
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, meeting compliance and financial targets. They will build strong relationships with the local community, increase occupancy through strategic marketing, and mentor centres to Meet/Exceed National Quality Standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification. They should have strong experience in an Assistant Centre Manager role, a current Working with Children's Check, and a proven track record in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
