A typical day as a Frontline Agency Manager will include:
* Identify & develop new business opportunities
* Conduct sales calls both phone and face to face
* Attend off site client visits
* Participate in our professional development training program
* Source and interview suitable candidates for vacant positions
* Facilitate the recruitment process (360-degree consultant)
* Collaborate with other agencies in the Frontline network
* Grow you team to achieve the same...!
If you are an experienced 360-degree Recruitment Consultant or Agency Manager, OR a Senior Retailer and Sales Manager looking to get off the shop floor, then you're a great fit!
Ideally, you will have...:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in agency recruitment in a 360-degree role
* Proven track record in business development
* Adept at managing, tracking and achieving results
* High level of interpersonal communication
* Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills
* Strong networking and relationship building skills
* Ability to work under pressure and "bounce back" from setbacks
