Current registration as a Registered Midwife/Nurse with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Australia with postgraduate /post registration qualifications in Child and Family Health (C&FH) 2. Relevant post-registration qualifications in addition to C&FH qualifications and at least twelve months experience working in the relevant clinical area of their post registration qualification,OrFour years post-graduation experience, including three years' experience in the relevant specialist field.Part time applicants' length of service will be calculated on a pro rata basis3. Demonstrated expertise in the assessment of physical, emotional and psychological family needs, and the subsequent planning, implementation and evaluation of interventions, with a strong focus on working in partnership with clients4. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, families and colleagues, based on recognition of team priorities, with ability to explore a range of solutions to problems within the context of primary health care in a multidisciplinary setting5. Demonstrated commitment to the provision of evidence-based nursing practice and good literacy in the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards in clinical practice6. Demonstrated leadership in or contribution to changes to clinical practices including process redesign and monitoring 7.
