SALES COORDINATOR – HOSPITALITY STRATEGY COMMERCIAL

As our Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be a key player in driving the team’s success towards achieving the Sales teams goals.
A few of your responsibilities
* Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry
* Coordination of proposals and contracts
* Supporting with preparation for meetings including taking and distributing meeting minutes
* Collating information and preparing for presentations
* Preparing marketing briefs for sales collateral, tradeshows and other requirements
What we are looking for
* Prior experience in administration
* Experience in reporting
* Time management
* Flexible and adaptable based on business requirements

You are an experienced administrative professional who thrives on providing high level administrative and organisational support to a broader team. You enjoy data entry, administrative tasks, reporting and liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients.
