The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the purpose of this position is to actively lead and manage site team members and company assets to safely and successfully deliver daily production plans/workloads in accordance with company's values, legislation and HSEQ procedures. This is a salary position working a 5:2 roster Monday to Friday 38hrs/week.
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can lead a small team at our Bajool Site.
In addition, the Site Supervisor will also be responsible for:
Proactively leading in onsite focus areas for visual management and continuous improvement Ensure site expenditure is maintained within budget parameters Oversee the day-to-day operations Role model behaviours that demonstrate the company's Values and Leadership Competencies Effectively manage personnel through a general understanding of applicable industrial instrument and HR policies and procedures Planning of resources for daily receival and despatch of incoming/outgoing product Liaise with RSHQ staff and provide assistance where required Maintain a visible presence onsite to actively engage both DNAP and RSHQ personnel Maintain high quality record keeping, including toolbox sign off sheets, work method statements and diary entries Coach, mentor and encourage site personnel to drive a site performance culture What you will bring

The DNAP Bajool operation is located approximately 36km south of Rockhampton on the Bruce Highway. Our Bajool site is a 15000-tonne ammonium nitrate (AN) storage/handling and distribution site. The primary role of the operation is to supply bagged and bulk ammonium nitrate to our DNAP facilities and mines located throughout Queensland and New South Wales, in addition to our AN import and export work we undertake at various times throughout the year.
