We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Front of House & Membership Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is perfect for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a welcoming and luxurious environment.
The Role:
As our Front of House & Membership Manager, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every visitor experiences outstanding service and hospitality. You will also play a key role in fostering long-term customer relationships through exceptional store management and exclusive members-only events.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the boutique, ensuring every customer feels valued and attended to.
Store Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store remains immaculate, well-organised, and visually appealing at all times.
Membership Management: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute members-only events and functions, enhancing loyalty and engagement.
Customer Service: Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing exceptional service to all clients.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards to showcase products in a compelling and stylish manner.
Customer Outreach: Proactively drive customer loyalty and outreach initiatives to increase engagement and repeat visits.
Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack orders for click-and-collect and delivery, ensuring accuracy and presentation align with the brand’s standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.
Staffing and Coordination: communicating with part-time or junior store staff to ensure sufficient rostering for busy periods, and ensure timesheets are submitted each week.
Wholesale Support: Opportunity to travel with the GM / Business Owner as required to support wholesale activities of the business, including marketing new ranges and collections to existing and new stockists across Australia.
What We’re Looking For:
A proven background in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a related customer-facing role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly.
A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, particularly in visual merchandising and presentation.
Organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
A genuine passion for fashion and delivering a world-class customer experience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused mindset.
Wholesale experience would be highly valued but not essential.
