IT Support Officer – Permanent Opportunity Current Working with Children Blue Card (mandatory). We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for day-to-day support and administration of applications and systems, managing service desk requests, and assisting with the delivery of small to medium ICT projects. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software, and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Provide technical support and assistance to end users. Maintain and manage ICT assets, including devices and software. Support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune and Power Platform tools. Assist with scripting, automation, and SQL queries. Contribute to ICT project planning and implementation. Skills and Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a Service Desk role within enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365. Exposure to scripting, automation (PowerShell), and SQL is advantageous. Exceptional troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network services. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Qualifications: Diploma (or higher) in IT or a relevant field (highly desirable).
