Additionally, the organisation supports employees’ pursuit of professional certifications and licenses offered in the industry.The Position:As Commercial Property Manager, you will head up and provide leadership and management of a brand new 18,500 sq meters, 6-star green star, and 5.5-star NABERS rated commercial asset plus a significant industrial asset due for development next year. Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will meet the owner's investment objectives and maintain positive relationships with tenants. This role encapsulates driving outcomes, service delivery, continued expansion, and successfully delivering on property management practices.Your key responsibilities will be focused on operational delivery and presentation of the assets to include but not be limited to:Developing new systems and documentation for a new commercial asset in line with investment strategies and long-term operational delivery success requires a proactive approach. This requires a hands-on property manager who is happy to invoice!Managing all fiscal activities, including full P&L responsibility, preparing budgets, and estimating capital expenditures. You will be confident in all the fundamental property functions, from managing risk, leasing, tenant relations, invoicing, billings and recoveries.
