Requirements
What you'll do:
* Lead and execute small paid pieces of work from conception to completion.
* Define the scope and quote on the work
* Work with other Engineers or Service Delivery Teams to facilitate the necessary works.
* Daily time tracking for billable hours related to all tasks.
* Potential for some on-site work requirements to assist the remote Senior Network Engineer as needed.
* Create detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions and configurations.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
* Handover the completed work to BAU Teams
* Log billable time for documentation tasks.
* Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
* Communicate the ticket status, issues, and resolutions effectively.
* Bill time accurately for client interactions.
* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best quality solutions.
* Consistently live the values and demonstrate professional workplace behaviours that reflect the CT values.
* Comply with all CT policies.
What you'll bring:
* Experience as a Network Administrator
* Strong understanding and experience working with VOIP Platforms such as Teams, 3CX, Genesys PureCloud, Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Enghouse Touchpoint.
* An understanding of Session Border Controller platforms such as Audiocodes, Ribbon, Cisco.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
* A quick learner with the willingness to learn and study in your own time to further your career.
* Solid experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in a Managed Services, Projects or Professional Services environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
* Bill time accurately for client interactions.
Bonus points for:
* Knowledge of Essential 8 security framework
* Knowledge of ITIL
* Project managing skills to start work and finish successfully Hold a valid Working with Children Check and any other documents required for the role.
