Substantial work has been undertaken over the last 10 years in an effort to decolonise the curriculum, and Cultural supports are available within the school, faculty and university for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants. ACU has a strong focus on community engagement and is committed to graduating allied health professionals ready and able to work in rural and regional communities.
