We are currently seeking a Support Officer to work in our Support Services Team (NDIS and Community Aged Care) providing administrative support to our Service Coordinators, Case Managers and the Support Services Manager. Key Responsibilities:
Administration of our client management system (Visual Care) including data entry, validation and compliance monitoring
Client phone and email enquiries
Regular newsletter production and distribution
Collating documentation
Assisting with marketing activities
Preparing reports from Visual Care
Assisting with internal audit activities
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using databases.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
