About the role
The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) coordinates, delivers and evaluates clinical nursing education programs at a ward/service level and provides clinical supervision in order to support development of evidence-based, person-centred nursing care in line with the standards, policies and procedures of the Ministry of Health and other statutory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver clinical nursing education programs.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs.
* Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff.
* Ensure compliance with health standards and policies.
