About the role:
Deliver accurate and executable maintenance schedules, ensuring the right work is completed at the right time to support safe and efficient execution of maintenance and the delivery of reliable plant performance.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver week +1 to +12 maintenance schedules and long-term planning support to provide a 12 month look ahead of maintenance activities.
* Facilitate scheduling activities for Generation Asset Operations, ensuring the right work is completed at the right time to deliver fleet performance, reliability and strategy compliance outcomes.
* Facilitate and support the development and ongoing maintenance and improvement of asset strategies and master data.
* Support the governance of operational performance system to deliver exceptional outcomes in process safety, asset management, plant reliability and operating costs.
* Operate with a team of teams approach ensuring effective communication and positive working relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external.
* Initiate and support continuous improvement activities throughout all areas of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution.
* Accountable for contractor management, establishing & managing CMS routines including performance against KPIs and relevant plant performance. Tracking of contractor costs against plan and management of contracts including ACVs.
What will you bring?
* Previous experience in a heavy industry is essential.
* Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling or detailed understanding of CMMS system to enable effective delivery of role.
* High level understanding of Asset Management & Work Management with proven ability of applying and governing within operational environment.
* Engineering qualification, trade or relevant experience that supports delivery of role.
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement – both written and verbal.
* High level capability utilising SAP and the ability to apply within the management of work system.
