Days and Hours of Work: Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:00 and Friday 8:30-16:00
We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join Stormking Part of the Epwin Group.
Job Purpose: To support the Customer Service Team with Admin related tasks.
Key Responsibilities: To collate and scan all delivery notes into the Navision system so that proof of deliveries can be provided to any customer requesting one.Ensure that all delivery notes are filed correctlyDealing with customer enquiries by telephone and emailContact customers on a weekly basis and establish how many stillages require collection and update the transport teamChecking and processing of sales ordersIssuing collection note paperworkRaising cases on CRM systemFiling of sales orders and credit notesAdmin support for other departments as and when requiredExperiences and Skills Required: Competent with Microsoft packagesGood level of numeracyExcellent telephone mannerOrganised approach to workAbility to work on own initiativeIf you feel you have the skills we are looking for please do apply!
