Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Manager to lead our Cellarbrations Pacific Fair store, responsible for managing store operations, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.As the Retail Manager at Cellarbrations Pacific Fair, you will be responsible for:Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.Deliver outstanding service to customers by providing knowledgeable advice on products and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet store targets by analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for increasing sales and enhancing customer engagement.Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products, to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies and losses.Maintain the store's presentation and organization, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are attractive, and implement and enforce store policies, including those related to health and safety and liquor licensing regulations.Monitor store budgets, manage expenses, and track profitability, and prepare and review financial reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to attract customers and boost sales, and collaborate with suppliers on special offers and marketing materials to enhance store visibility and customer appeal.Ensure adherence to all liquor licensing laws and regulations, including verifying age restrictions and responsible service practices, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.Key Qualifications: Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in a liquor retail or specialty store environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.Solid understanding of liquor licensing laws and responsible service practices.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Education and Experience: Diploma of Hospitality Management (Preferred but not mandatory).Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, ideally within the liquor or beverage industry.
