The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0 .This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history.It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.Purpose of the Role: The purpose of the Community & Stakeholder Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Community & Stakeholder team primarily via reporting, filing, data entry, website and digital platform activities.The role will also provide support as required in communication activities onsite to support community & stakeholder team objectives.The Community & Stakeholder Administrator will act as a point of contact for community, stakeholder and communication matters as a FGJV representative onsite at Marica & Tantangara. Qualifications: Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field (Administration, Commerce, Business Management, Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing) – preferred White Card Experience: Demonstrated experience (Minimum of 5 years) in a relevant administration role Corporate background and/or communications/business management experience Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works – preferred High knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and other administration based software A sound understanding of infrastructure construction projects – preferred Experience communicating across diverse business functions and diverse backgrounds Competent in preparing reports to demonstrate evidence and compliance Required Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Ability to be self-motivated and operate remotely away from direct management Ability to adhere to deadlines and targets, prioritizing tasks under pressure Flexible and adaptable Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail Sound negotiation skills Ability to multitask and manage personal stress Exceptional customer service skills Demonstrates accountability High level of problem solving skills and creative thinking Excellent record-keeping and time management Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across all Community & Stakeholder team activities Support the administration of and attend Community Groups, online Community engagement relations activities and maximise business and community relationships as required Undertake research activities where required Manage filing system for all Community & Stakeholder team documents Minute taking for meetings & scheduling support for the Community & Stakeholder Relations Manager Support distribution of information to entire project team, including frontline workforce and subcontractors Attend Prestart meetings and provide Community and internal comms updates as required Support delivery of content for white collar and blue collar workforce and subcontractors (e.g., Toolbox Talks, project updates, pre-starts, videos, posters, presentations, intranet, digital media, newsletters, etc.)Administration and content for the project's Intranet portal & external website Support and maintain a calendar of events and activities for event planning and participation Participate in all relevant corporate, community and internal events and provide proactive and strategic advice, identifying areas of improvement as required Provide project administration support to ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder contact to assist with project reporting Identifying key influencers and building relationships Maintaining the consultation database Support preparation & implementation of community stakeholder engagement plans Participate in the roster for the 1800 Community Infoline and be available at all times for contact by stakeholders and the community to answer questions and deal with complaints relating to the Snowy 2.0 project Be available at all times for contact by workforce to answer questions and support initiatives relating to internal communications Manage various email inboxes for Community team The above listed authorities & responsibilities are only a guide and may change as directed by your Manager/Supervisor or as per the requirements of FGJV Management.
