In this role, you will manage the daily execution of NCR Retail-oriented solutions, reporting directly to the Senior Partner of Professional Services, and will be accountable for the program's deliverables. Collaborating closely with a leading entity in the market, you will be tasked with achieving the desired outcomes and meeting the company's established objectives.In addition to your extensive experience as a Project Manager, you will possess a strong comprehension of retail customers and excel in independent positions within a dynamic setting. You will have a track record of effectively managing stakeholders, showcasing your ability to set expectations, and demonstrating an understanding of how to operate within a transparent environment.What you will be doingProgram Leadership:Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.Oversee multiple projects or larger programs, ensuring they meet business goals and objectives.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guarantee successful execution.Anticipate challenges, applying strategic thinking to develop preemptive solutions.Manage program budgets, including resource allocation and cost tracking, to ensure financial efficiency.Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders, providing clear updates on risks, dependencies, and milestones.Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing for each program phase to enhance transparency and continuity.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Strategy & Operations priorities and organizational goals.Influence senior leadership by advocating for resources and process changes based on team insights and analysis.Build strong influence across teams, empowering members to share perspectives and contribute to decision-making.Contribute to a culture of collaboration and feedback to promote open communication and continuous improvement.Model company values in leadership practices, cultivating an environment where these values guide decisions and actions.Promote a positive and inclusive culture that supports team engagement and productivity.Operational Excellence:Resolve issues and conflicts efficiently, ensuring program objectives remain on track.Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and deliver greater efficiency in program execution.Team Management & CultureGuide the Delivery team to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
