ResponsibilitiesProvide an excellent level of customer service to students on the phone, gaining an understanding of their motivations and needs to tailor course options to suit their desired career outcomes.Have an in-depth understanding of the product suite and the student experience to provide information to students on a broad range of topics including career pathways, course options, study planners, enrolment processes, and administration processes.Accurately complete administration processes in the student CRM including management of campaign leads, capturing detailed records of call outcomes, and processing enrolments.Based on an understanding of student concerns and issues, provide insights and input into processes and initiatives which would improve the student experience.Meet OES's contact quality standards.Meet set retention targets.Welcome and support new students as they transition to online study.Assist with practical queries and liaise with the Student Advisor team for more complex queries.About You Previous experience within a fast-paced sales or customer service environment, preferably including some experience with outbound calls, with demonstrated achievement of set KPIs.Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with a diverse range of people.Hold a minimum Bachelor level degree.Motivated and passionate about sales with an interest in education.Strong commitment to personal excellence, self-disciplined, and resourceful with excellent attention to detail.A team player with a "can-do" attitude, the ability to work in a team environment, and strong customer service orientation.Effective time management and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight timeframes.Demonstrated ability to positively participate in the development of a culture that maximizes employee and prospective student engagement.What's in it for you? OES offers a hybrid, flexible approach to work, where we work 2-3 days from our state-of-the-art Cremorne office, and the rest from home (or wherever you choose!).
