The Role
We are looking for proactive, supportive, and versatile School Officers who ideally have exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful applicants should be self-motivated, capable of working independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities for these roles encompass various functional areas within the school's corporate services, including human resource processes, financial processes, buildings and asset management, community engagement, and student administration.

Eligibility

6. Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
7. Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
8. Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
9. Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
10. Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
