About the Role We are seeking to appoint a General Manager to be based in Kununurra, Western Australia.
Reporting to the Managing Director of HM Consolidated you will utilise your extensive hospitality management experience to oversee the strategic direction, operations and financial profitability of each of the hospitality businesses.
Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategic Development: implement, monitor and report on strategic plans for each of the businesses.Operational Leadership: oversee and implement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and enhance service quality through continuous improvement.Financial Management: budget preparation, revenue management and forecasting.People Management: work closely with department managers on matters of recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering and performance management.Business Growth: review opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive sales revenue.Regulatory compliance: stay updated on all legislation and regulations relevant to each of the businesses.About You Hotel/resort management experience across both F&B and Rooms.A strong passion for delivering a consistently high-quality F&B offering.Experience in managing a multi-asset business is highly desirable.Self-motivated with a positive outlook and ability to foster a strong collaborative team culture.Proven business and financial acumen, with a history of driving Rooms and Food and Beverage profitability.Possess a strategic mindset coupled with the ability to easily move across the business operations in a hands-on capacity as and when required.High level of interpersonal communication skills including ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes.The successful candidate will need to complete a satisfactory National Police Check and Drug and Alcohol Test prior to commencement.
