Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Work collaboratively within a customer-focused team to manage workers' compensation payments for injured employees. Calculate weekly compensation entitlements and accurately update payroll systems. Ensure all payments are processed promptly and in compliance with legislative requirements. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to address queries and provide high-quality service. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
