You will be responsible for leading and shaping our HR strategy, ensuring that our people are empowered to thrive and contribute to our organisation's success. Working alongside our CEO, General Manager of Business Services and General Manager of Clinical Operations, you will identify and pursue opportunities for growth. You may be based in our Peel, Bunbury or Busselton Office (at your preference) and travel our regions (Peel and South West), as you remain connected and engaged with our people.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport growth and business development by ensuring optimal staffing levels and identify opportunities to improve program workforce productivity and efficiency.Lead the corporate services functions of Human Resources, HR payroll functions, Work health and Safety, and External Service Delivery Contractor management.Support the organisation with all HR and IR related matters including leading Enterprise Agreement negotiation.Contribute to the business strategy and business area initiatives of the operational plan.Review, improve and manage WHS policy, procedures & culture ensuring compliance with WHS legal requirements.Maintain organisational accreditation against AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) Standard within business area.Develop and maintain Sharepoint (staff intranet) and Employment Hero (HRIS).Ensure regular Management reports are presented to the Senior Leadership Team and Safety, Quality & Innovation Committee.Line manage the People & development officer plus a small team of (non-clinical) leaders.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.Minimum 3 years' experience working with Not-for-profit organisations.Demonstrated excellence working at a senior/executive level.Experience working with Human Resource Information & Payroll Systems.Strong experience in developing training, succession planning, positive cultures and other HR related initiatives.Strong analytical skills and experience converting a strategic vision into an operational model.Demonstrated management and effective leadership ability, with a strong commitment to developing team members and a proven ability to motivate people to achieve outcomes.High level written and verbal communication skills including proven strengths in negotiation, collaboration, networking, presenting and report writing.High level interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.High degree of personal integrity, initiative and discretion.Exposure or experience within the Non-For-Profit healthcare sector and regulatory requirements.Experience in Enterprise Bargaining negotiations.Benefits: What is in it for you?Salary packaging options as a Health Promotion Charity.5 weeks annual leave.An extra 3 days leave between Christmas and New Year.Rewarding career supporting the best health outcomes possible for clients.Ongoing training and development opportunities.How to ApplyPlease email ****** and request the job description to use for the application.Please ensure you attach your Resume and a cover letter to your application which explains how you align with the requirements of the role listed in the job description.Please note applications will close on November 1st, however we will commence review and shortlisting of applications as they are received.
