About the role
Permanent and fixed term temporary full time and part time opportunities to Deliver high quality oral health services to customers of Queensland Health as part of a multidisciplinary team. Actively participate in the clinical environment to ensure that oral health services are integrated, efficient and equitable for the community serviced.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
1. As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgement and problem-solving skills to more complex clinical decision making and matters beyond routine practice, with clinical practice supervision or professional guidance decreasing commensurate with level of clinical experience.
2. Contribute to research activities undertaken throughout the MNOHS by complying with research protocols and applying specific research methodology as directed.
3. Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within a team and by engaging in professional development activities.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of, or an ability to acquire knowledge of, procedures, policies, regulations, and standards which impact upon the position, in particular Public Sector Guidelines, and a knowledge of contemporary human resource management issues such as workplace health and safety, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination.
