In the role of Lead Business Consultant, you will be expected to take an active role in the IBOR service line to improve implementation expertise, know-how of IBOR consultants within our market unit and beyond.You will normally be working full-time on implementation projects, which require your expertise in the IBOR area. Lead Business Consultants are highly skilled professionals who form part of our Professional Services team, working within Consulting Services and based within the market units. The main purpose of the role is to provide expert advice and functional delivery in the successful deployment of SimCorp Dimension within a client’s environment.What you will be responsible for:Independently manage one or more business-related workstreams in the implementation project, responsible for identifying all required tasks, dependencies, and time/resource estimates and providing status updates to Project Manager for inclusion in the overall project plan.Can act as project leader for small and mid-sized SimCorp Dimension projects.Facilitate requirements gathering workshop and trainings at new or existing clients in business-related areas and domains.Document client requirements and map to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying improvements and efficiencies where possible. Possess understanding of basic project planning.Responsible for providing configuration and end-user training, allowing the client to maintain SimCorp Dimension and optimize its usage.Key contact for our customers for questions in connection with SimCorp Dimension.Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues on the job.Identify opportunities to offer tailored services beyond the project scope to our customers in your role as a trusted advisor.Contribute to improving best practices for implementation processes and promote topics across projects.What we value:Above all, your ability to thrive in and contribute to this role is paramount.
