This exciting opportunity involves supporting the PROMOTE Trial, a MRFF-funded implementation trial in stroke rehabilitation, based in Sydney to support NSW Health sites.About the Role:As a Research Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of the PROMOTE Trial by:Conducting file audits, trial coordination, and data entryManaging research administration tasks and scheduling bookingsEnsuring compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirementsAssisting in documentation preparation, literature reviews, and data analysisMaintaining a safe and compliant research environmentCollaborating with clinicians, researchers, and patient participantsKey Responsibilities:Coordinate research tasks such as booking appointments, medical record audits, and data inputStay updated with the latest developments and best practices in stroke rehabilitationAssist in preparing research reports, conducting literature reviews, and analysing dataAdhere to research protocols, regulatory policies, and safety standardsSupport project administration in line with agreed standards and timeframesFoster effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve research objectivesAbout You: We are looking for a motivated individual with:A tertiary qualification in a relevant rehabilitation field, or substantial relevant experienceExperience in stroke rehabilitation, particularly upper limb rehabilitationStrong analytical and technical skills with attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesThe capacity to work both independently and collaborativelyWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsHigh-level computer literacy and adaptability to new softwareIf you are eager to contribute to meaningful stroke rehabilitation research, apply now and make a difference!About Monash UniversityAt Monash, work feels different.
