Operations Administrator Toll People are recruiting a fulltime casual position, Operations Administrator for an Offshore Logistics Base in East Arm, Darwin. We are seeking a dynamic person with strong work ethics and a focus on safety in the workplace. This position will transfer permanent after 6 months. Primary Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to: Creation of purchase orders with reference to Delegation of Authority guidelines Creation of Consignment Notes (WMS) Entry of documentation into the BU Reporting and Compliance System Enter and maintain data in Site Training Matrix and conduct GAP analysis Conduct site inductions as required Act as administrator for site's Learning platform Data enter daily sheets into billing systems and bill customer weekly/monthly Review of third-party invoices and management of supporting documentation Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team Organise and maintain filing systems Take minutes at meetings as required Respond to queries providing a high level of customer service support Establish, build and maintain effective relations with Clients / Customers Skills & Experience: Hold a current NT Drivers Licence Strong numerical and literacy skills Administrative/clerical skills Keyboard skills, accurate and fast data entry skills Computer literacy in mainframe accounting applications Understanding of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Desirable: Certificate III in Business Administration About Toll People: Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
