ABOUT THE COMPANY We are partnering with a leading wholesale and retail supplier looking for a Finance & Administration Manager to join their team during an exciting growth and transformation phase.
As they integrate two businesses into one, they need a strong finance leader to oversee finance, payroll, compliance, administration, and process improvements.
This role offers a great mix of hands-on financial responsibilities and leadership, providing the opportunity to drive efficiencies, mentor a team, and streamline operations.
CULTURE + BENEFITS $120K package (FTE) - 4 or 5 days per week Office-based role with a collaborative and supportive environment Opportunity to take ownership of finance and administration functions Join a business in a new era of cultural and operational change Lead a small team while improving processes and business efficiencies RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Financial Management - Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and perform daily bank reconciliations Financial Reporting - Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Payroll & Compliance - Oversee payroll processing, payroll tax, WorkCover, and ATO compliance Order Processing & Administration - Supervise admin staff to ensure daily, EDI, and key customer orders are processed efficiently Process Improvement - Identify and implement efficiencies in finance and administrative functions Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of three administration/customer support staff Collaboration - Work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations SKILLS + EXPERIENCE Strong bookkeeping and financial management experience People management experience - ability to lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable Experience in wholesale, retail, or supplier environments is highly regarded Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and ability to adapt to new systems Strong problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset Confident and proactive leadership style - ability to drive change and streamline operations HOW TO APPLY If this opportunity aligns with your experience and career goals, click APPLY below or email ****** for a confidential discussion.Apply Now
