As the Technical Business Analyst you will be the subject matter expert as well as a trusted analyst. The role will get into the detail of how a solution meets business needs and will articulate the complex rules around it.
Working across challenging environments in our Global Project Management and Engineering (PM&E), Leisure area, this role will grow with the business as we define new service and technology offerings in our Integration Services pillar to identify and design key data integrations and services that support the promotion and sale of travel products suggested to our customers both online and in-store.

Day to day:
Ability to understand, read, and write API documentation, with a solid understanding of third-party API integrations to facilitate seamless interaction between systems.
Skilled in developing detailed technical specifications and system requirements based on stakeholder inputs, often using models, diagrams, and workflow analysis.
Proficiency in analysing existing business processes and technical services to identify and implement process improvements and enhancements to align with business goals.
Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for business and system requirements, including documentation, process workflows, and standards for system functionality.
Expertise in assessing new APIs for potential business value, as well as evaluating existing integrations for improvements, system compatibility, and user adoption alignment.
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
Minimum 5+ years technical business analysis
Experience with Atlassian Suite: Confluence, JIRA
Experience with sequence diagrams
Travel industry domain experience
Agile software development methodology experience
End to end understanding of development processes
