As a premium training provider in the Australian Capital Territory, we also deliver a wide range of foreign language and culture training to our high-value clients based in Canberra, and elsewhere.Key Areas of Responsibility and AccountabilityContribute to leadership of the company and business financial sustainability.Provide analysis and advice on strategy, policy and operational issues.Engage and manage relationships with current and prospective clients.Participate in cross-portfolio design thinking and development of new business and learning solutions responsive to the market.Effective leadership and management of education operations staff, resources and service delivery strategies, management of change and promotion of creative, innovative training solutions.Design, development, delivery and quality assurance of a range of quality accredited and non-accredited (recreational and professional short courses) programs.Work with managers, facilitators and administrative staff to ensure compliance, including with the requirements for Registered Training Organisations (RTO).Model respectful, equitable, inclusive organization culture that capitalizes on diversity.Develop high performing teams including with responsibilities for design, development and delivery, learner experience, account management and management of client relationships.Manage flexible (casuals and contractors) workforce.Oversight of client service delivery systems and processes to ensure a great client experience and learner satisfaction.Implement training solutions for new business and continuous improvement opportunities.Manage contracts and develop competitive quotations and proposals, including tenders, to secure business.Manage Education Operations budget.Set, monitor and meet performance targets.Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience (Selection criteria)Proven experience in leading and managing education and client service operations, preferably in the VET sector, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.A passion for vocational learning and creating a rewarding student journey and experience.Experienced program management and oversight of small to large project teams.Diploma of Training Design and Development or Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or equivalent.Sound understanding of the Standards for RTOs.Able to lead and motivate diverse inclusive multi-disciplinary teams.Business acumen and sound research, analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of professionalism, reliability, integrity and self-motivation.Proven people and resource management skills.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Benefits We OfferA range of staff engagement programs organised throughout the year.Autonomy, flexibility and collaborative team environment.Salary range: $125-155k pa base.Full-time ongoing position.You will primarily work from our Bruce (Canberra) office.Role available to start ASAP.Valid work rights in Australia required (temporary residents are welcome to apply).CIT Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
