Your role will involve:Building and maintaining strong relationships with growers to secure grain supplies.Monitoring market trends, analysing data, and providing insights to guide trading decisions.Coordinating the logistics of pulse, oilseed, and grain deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Working closely with the team to develop and implement strategies for grain accumulation and trading. What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in grain trading, agriculture, or related fields is essential.Excellent at managing risks and identifying emerging market opportunities.Ability to analyse market data and make informed trading decisions.Strong communication and negotiation abilities to build and maintain grower relationships.Excellent planning and coordination skills to manage logistics and delivery schedules.A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
