Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as directed by the Shift Team Leader. Ensure all maintenance and technical documentation used is authorised and complies with relevant regulatory requirements. Accurately record details of work performed in appropriate documentation. Incorporate engineering advice, defect reporting, and publication amendments as directed. Report defects, deficiencies, and maintenance issues to the Team Leader. Perform maintenance within your delegated and authorised level. Initiate quality, non-conformance, or defect reporting as required. Ensure workshop equipment is maintained and operated according to authorised technical data. Perform hangar and workshop duties as required by local business operating manuals, procedures, and policies. Be prepared to support flight operations in deployed areas. About You Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics). Previous experience in a similar workshop or hangar environment. Understanding of Defence Aviation Safety Authority (DASA) regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
