About the Role Our client is a leading provider of aged care services, known for their commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances the lives of their residents. With a strong reputation for excellence, they operate multiple residential aged care facilities across NSW and are currently seeking a Care Manager at one of their facilities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality clinical assessments through a comprehensive and resident-focused process. Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to achieve person-centred outcomes. Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and communication. Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care services. Manage medication in line with resident needs and legislative requirements. Contribute to operational duties and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility. Work towards budget goals while leading the team to achieve outstanding results. What We’re Looking For: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing. Proficiency in computer systems; knowledge of iCare is desirable. Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles. Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and AN-ACC processes is highly regarded. Availability to work full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight) A valid police check clearance.
