The Role
This is a temporary to permanent contract, and our client will only consider candidates who have unlimited working rights within Australia. As the Receptionist/Office Administrator, your duties will include:
* Greeting clients and guests within the office, issuing security passes when needed.
* Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring a tidy, polished and professional office space.
* Supervising the Reception team, providing guidance and leadership when required.
* Provide Health & Safety training to the office, ensuring compliance with WH&S standards.
* Assisting with managing the office relocation.
* Preparing and collating administrative reports and taking meeting minutes.
Skills & Experience
* You will have experience working within a corporate environment.
* You will have worked in a Reception or Office Administration role.
* You will have full working rights within Australia.
* You will be proactive, a team-player, a strong communicator and have excellent organisation skills.
