About The Role:
In this role, you will maximise commercial outcomes for the Category through alignment of the range offering with trade partners, customers, and market which enables a customer centric shopping experience and supports the delivery of the BCF Strategy.
Day to day will include, but not limited to:
6. Sales & Financial Performance: Ensure delivery against Category budgets and business deliverables
7. Product Development: Deliver new product development against category targets, including development of private branded products
8. Product Range Management: Ensure category range planning is reviewed regularly, analyse/plan range change implementation, impacts ensuring that plans are supported through inventory budges, space plans & layouts
9. Category Management: Through proactive forward thinking and customer trend driven analysis, develop and implement category specific plans, to drive a relevant and compelling offer to our customers
About You:
10. Demonstrated success in a national category management role
11. Proven ability to contribute to the growth of online business is highly valued
12. Results driven, with a focus on measurable success
13. Advanced interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective business relationships both internally and externally
14. Trade Partner relationship management experience
15. Articulate communication skills, with confidence to present at all levels
