The Role: Interviewing, shortlisting and building long-term relationships with our Gough clients and candidates Taking job briefs and negotiating fees with clients Business development to win new accounts & client meetings Working collaboratively with a goal-orientated team towards a team goal Preparing advertising and marketing campaigns via social media and Gough's extensive database Who are we looking for?
