We are currently in a scale-up phase with significant further growth ahead, Cartology leverages the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating its own distinct offering and culture.
Cartology is looking to further expand its agency sales team with the appointment of an Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets as set by your Group Sales Manager across a designated agency and client portfolio.
In this role you will be in the market on a regular and consistent basis presenting our proposition and offering to your agencies. You will build relationships with key stakeholders at agencies and be seen as the ROOH trusted advisor. The expected meeting level requirement is 7+ per week. In addition you will provide weekly forecasts by month for the current quarter.
Responding to agency briefs you will build a compelling story as to why Cartology is the preferred supplier, showing the ability to negotiate to win business and drive majority share wins in the ROOH sector.

What you’ll do
9. Monthly and Quarterly sales targets as set out by your Group Sales Manager to ensure you are achieving and exceeding revenue goals
10. Ensure your agency portfolio is consistently up to date on the Cartology offering in market and that through weekly meetings you continue to create revenue demand through pipeline creation leading to revenue conversion
11. Weekly forecasting across the quarter, ensuring that when any gaps are identified that you have a clear and specific gap plan in place to address any revenue shortfalls
12. Building and developing strong agency relationships across your agency portfolio
13. Ensure that your agency portfolio has quarterly business plans in place to drive specific focus and also that each agency has a full and comprehensive agency engagement plan
14. Growth - Driving growth through increasing share on key clients (Endemic/Non-Endemic)
15. Be see as the expert (trusted advisor) for Retail Media OOH by your agency portfolio - To be a trusted advisor and the first port of call from your agency patch
16. Protect and grow existing brand spend revenue base while also having an “always - on” approach to new business
What you’ll bring
17. Good understanding of digital advertising and media sales together with knowledge of the data space as well as some foundational knowledge of the programmatic sector
18. Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering revenue results
