Your new role
Your new position will be situated in a small team where you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming and assisting customers and other visitors when on site, at the local office
* Providing general administrative support to the Territory Manager, Sales Team, and Company Business Units
* Reception duties for the local office
* Participating and supporting weekly sales meetings
* Supporting on a local and national basis, GSM team with Microsoft 365 platforms, including Dynamics, OneNote, Teams, also other platforms utilised by the company
* Maintaining SAP/Dynamics CRM Databases, including dashboards and quarterly data cleanses
* As required, assisting with travel, visas and expense claims
* As required, overseeing the courier/freight forwarding of demos, displays and hire-equipment for sales and marketing events and then liaising with clients/staff on returns
* Actioning invoice processing according to the guidelines provided by global accounts
What you'll need to succeed
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Extensive computer skills in Microsoft 365 and cloud-based collaboration platforms
* Exceptional time management skills
* Organised, resourceful, customer-oriented focus and team-based attitude
* High attention to detail
* Demonstrate thinking 'outside the box' from market-making activities and staff events
* Knowledge of SAP and SharePoint preferable
* Previous experience working for a sales and/or technology-oriented business is desired
* Willingness to travel based on marketing and customer events
