Salary: $120,000-150,000 + Superannuation

The Senior Finance Analyst position will focus on continuous improvement initiatives, cost analysis, and costing activities as the organization looks to automate some of their processes.
Playing a pivotal role within the business, the successful candidate will have excellent business partnering skills to lead these initiatives with full support from operations.
Job Description
The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for:
Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive cost reduction.
Cost Management: Understanding of cost accounting principles and application in a manufacturing setting.
Reconciliation of data.
Financial Modelling: Expertise in creating and maintaining financial models to project cost savings and assess the financial impacts of different strategies.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Ad hoc analysis.
Manipulation of large data sets.
Business partnering with department heads.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
Ideally, this individual will have excellent Excel skills, experience with financial modelling, and be intermediate to advanced with systems and Excel.
