We are now looking for a Contracts Manager to join our experienced team in Maryborough, QLD. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical contracts management and oversight of commercial activities within allocated projects. You will be accountable for:Effective management of upstream/downstream contractsTimely management of time-based delay impactsTimely management of contract notices and cost based variationsWorking alongside project managers to provide advice and ensure good governance in day to day decision makingOptimising commercial outcomes across projects in the Maryborough facilityActing as the commercial representative for allocated projectsPro-active risk and opportunity managementInvolvement with progress claims, forecasting, financial and project reportingThis is a fulltime, permanent role, and will be based in Maryborough, QLD.
