About the Opportunity: We are growing our team based in Newstead in response to a high demand for our imaging services from both patients and referrers.
We are searching for dedicated Part-Time customer service professionals who go the extra mile to ensure our customers have a seamless experience.
This is a Permanent Part Time position, with leave benefits.
Working hours required are 7.6 hours / day in line with clinic hours of 6am -6pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
Key Responsibilities: As the first point of contact, primarily over the phone for our customers, you will support patients and referrers to book appointments and answer general enquiries.
Additionally, you will manage patient referrals from our website and referring practitioners.
High attention to detail and accuracy is a must to effectively book appointments to suit the customer needs and maximise efficiency across our clinics.
Ensure our patients are fully prepared for their services, providing them with all the necessary information, such as arrival time, preparation for their appointment, cost estimates etc.
Maintain accurate patient records, facilitate pathology and previous imaging records to enable seamless patient experience About You You are customer focused driven, demonstrate empathy, care and compassion, as you find solutions for our customers, patients and referrers alike.
A strong communicator, confidently interact with patients, referrers and colleagues to achieve the best outcome.
You are tech savvy and can accurately work across our various systems.
Experience with Radiology Information systems or Customer Management systems is a bonus.
Resilient, can work under pressure and adapt to change quickly.
