Some of the roles you may be considered for as part of the Talent Register include:Child Protection Workers: Work with children, young people and families who are vulnerable or in crisis to ensure children are safe and protected from harm.Field Workers: A modified Child Protection Worker position for those without relevant qualifications.Case Support Officers: Provide direct support to Child Protection Workers by collecting, recording and analysing client information.Family Support Officers: Provide supervision and support to families, children and young people about accessing Department and community resources.Administrative Assistants: Contribute to the effective management of District Offices by providing a high level of customer service.Customer Liaison Officers: First point of contact for community members accessing Child Protection and Family Support services.Parent Visitors: Responsible for undertaking home and community visits to provide culturally appropriate support.Best Beginnings Plus Workers: Provide a personal culturally appropriate parenting skill service to assist in the growth and development of families.Qualification Requirements – Child Protection Worker: Under our Child Protection Workforce Model, priority will be given to qualified applicants in the first instance to maintain a qualified workforce.
