Our client is located north of the river and is currently looking for someone to join the team as a Recruitment Consultant for 3 months.
Your New Role
The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruitment professional who values stakeholder engagement and candidate care throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
Initially, the successful candidate will assist the team with recruitment, general administrative tasks and candidate onboarding duties. They will also be coordinating and delivering cost-effective sourcing and recruitment activities, ensuring the efficient and timely placement of resources within the business. This role will involve partnering with relevant business groups to deliver end-to-end recruitment services focused on quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate profiling, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, due diligence, and offer coordination.
* Support career entry recruitment initiatives.
* Utilise the Taleo e-recruitment system for accurate data maintenance and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with business policies, procedures, and legal obligations.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR, and line managers through regular meetings and site visits.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovative recruitment solutions.
* Provide market information and trends to inform hiring decisions.
* Maintain agency relationships and support the Recruitment Manager with agency engagement.
* Support or manage continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
* Review and improve recruitment activities and processes.
* Promote the use of the Taleo e-recruitment system to enhance data integrity and reduce manual tasks.
What you need
Experience in the delivery of recruitment and selection services for a large organisation recruiting for white or blue collar within an internal or agency recruitment environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a conceptual and practical understanding of current recruitment and selection methodologies involved in end-to-end recruitment and have an understanding of current recruitment tools and systems including exposure to an electronic recruitment application such as Taleo and Success Factors. Demonstrated ability to identify industry trends and develop and apply effective sourcing and attraction strategies will also be required.

This role is paying $62.38 p/h.
