JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT (9am – 2.30pm or 5.00pm, Monday - Friday )

Our client is a wholesaler in Warriewood, seeking an Graphic Designer/Office Administration Support to join their office. Summer is one of their busiest periods so you will need to be hands on, adaptable and flexible.
Experience using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a must, and working with an accounts package such as MYOB is desirable but not necessary as training will be provided.
You will report directly to and work closely with the Operations Manager who will require your day to day administrative and creative skills.
To be successful, you will be highly organised and possess a natural creative flair, have the ability to problem-solve and have a genuine can do attitude to work within this busy team environment.
The role includes but is not limited to:
1. Responsible for the Warranty Portal – Assisting customers/sales reps and updating the portal.
2. Assist with answering telephones
3. Assist with Invoicing and general account duties
4. Covering administrative staff on annual leave
5. Customer Service
6. Administrative support
7. Data Entry
8. Assist with designing customer instore signage, posters, brochures, adverts and catalogues while working with Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
9. Assist with updating company website with images and data.
10. Assist with Social Media advertising.
11. All training will be provided.
