About the Role: As a frontline representative, the Customer Service Agent will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with customers and the wider community, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for all.
You may be responsible for:
Customer Service Delivering excellent service that meets RATP Dev standards.Resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively.Maintaining a professional image in dress, appearance, and conduct.Assisting customers with special needs to ensure a positive experience.Monitoring passenger flow and taking corrective action to improve convenience.Station Operations Efficiently performing delegated duties to support station operations.Managing areas such as station premises, barriers, platforms, and signal boxes.Assisting with boarding and ensuring smooth transit for passengers.Station Presentation Maintaining station cleanliness and hygiene to meet RATP Dev standards.Using appropriate cleaning equipment to uphold a positive public image.Supporting environmental protection through effective work practices.Security Adhering to RATP Dev security policies and procedures.Monitoring and responding to safety incidents, including CCTV surveillance.Safeguarding cash, valuables, and station property.Emergency Response Reviewing and following the station emergency plan.Maintaining emergency equipment and ensuring readiness.Responding to emergencies, including operational delays, natural disasters, and evacuations.Managing crowd control and alternative transport arrangements when needed.
