Communicate and implement safety management principles and objectives. Proactively manage incident investigations and ensure timely resolutions. Engage with managers and team members to mutually agree on customer expectations. Uphold and communicate our client's vision, values, and operational priorities. Define and delegate tasks with appropriate resources and progress measurements. Ensure team members have clear, measurable goals and are committed to team KPIs. Provide regular team briefings, one-on-one coaching, and individual development plans to enhance performance and maintain high standards. What you'll need to succeed Mechanical Trade or Engineering Certificate The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively. A current driver's licence is essential. Experience of facility inspections. Basic understanding of the financial implications of building issues (expense and capital planning). Technical expertise in building systems and facilities management processes. Strong skills in contractor and relationship management. Ability to travel frequently as required by the role. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication, along with presentation skills. Demonstrated experience of using software applications effectively. This position offers an attractive hourly rate + super & is currently a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to extend.
