Your new role Plan and manage all activities throughout the project lifecycle from feasibility to practical completion, with ongoing monitoring in a manner that optimises resources, reduces uncertainty and risk.Identify, manage and control project scope, budget, costs, resourcing and scheduling in consultation with stakeholders against key deliverables.Preparation and management of project EPC implementation and execution in line with approved design plans.End-to-end management of EPC and OEM contractors from tender, procurement and other commercial activities to contractor mobilisation, coordination and follow-up.Use risk management as primary project management tool, ensuring quality is managed, and critical risks are effectively mitigated at all times.Effectively engage with and obtain input from key stakeholders, engaging in and organising regular briefings, reports and updates as necessary.Work within the agreed frameworks and project management methodology, policies and procedures, development approvals, contracts, and regulatory requirements including WHS and CSR.Manage documents and variations relating to all project management activities.Reflect and integrate lessons from past projects and existing asset(s) for continuous improvement.Work in close cooperation with the Project Developers to get projects to FID.Lead project delivery from FID.Seek input and subject matter expertise from the Engineering team to ensure that technical project interfaces are developed to meet the needs of the project.Assist the Engineering team to effectively supervise consultants during all phases of the project development lifecycle.
