Our valued State Government client is looking for an AO2 Administration Officer to join their Records team in Brisbane. In this role, you will provide mail, messenger, documents, and records management services as well as the provision of document production services for the department.
Your day-to-day responsibilities, will include:
1. Document and records management.
2. Mail services.
3. Provide accurate and timely collection and distribution of mail.
4. Document production - provide photocopying, printing, and binding services.
5. Other duties relating to administrative functions, financial management and asset management as required.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
6. Previous administration experience.
7. Achieving experience.
8. Willingness to do repetitive work.
9. High attention to detail.
10. Ability to multitask.
