Customer Service Team Member: Serving Customers and Growing with the Group
As a key member of our team, you will be the last point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience. This involves assisting with customer queries, scanning groceries, and collecting trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas.
This is a seasonal casual employment opportunity to support our stores during our busiest time, typically October to February. You will be offered work as required by us during this period, but it's not expected that we will continue to offer shifts after this time.
