Working closely with your Sales Professional, take an active part in supporting across all stages of the sales process and through the customer’s journey.
About the role
Positions available, based at our sales offices in Craigieburn and Beveridge. These are full-time, permanent positions, 5 days/week (incl weekends), allocated days off during the week. In addition to salary package (base&super) offered there is the opportunity to earn commission and bonus.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
4. Responding to all sales and after sales enquiries, providing guidance.
5. Contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification and follow-up, meet and greet assistance with qualification.
6. Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures, and controls.
7. Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders.
8. Contribute to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rate from enquiry to deposit to settle per project(s).
9. Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits for the Region.
10. Enhance Stockland’s leadership position and reputation in the industry through sustainable sales practices and adherence to the structured sales process.
About you
11. An interest in driving sales
12. Strong face to face customer service experience working in a sales, sales support or administration capacity
13. Industry experience from within the property industry, builder/developer or similar
14. Eager to learn, grow and develop with a career in Stockland
15. Experience & delivery of high-quality administrative tasks and activities and technology savvy
16. Strong in your ability to multi-task, manage your time effectively, well organised and demonstrate initiative
17. Ability to engage and build rapport easily with diverse range of stakeholders
18. Motivated to work independently or as part of a team
19. You will require to have your own reliable transport and a full drivers’ license
